Understanding Your Free Trial

Understand how your trial period and subscription access work before you launch.

Understand how your trial period and subscription access work before you launch. Follow the steps below and compare each screen with the current version of your BeatKongs producer dashboard.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Locate your trial status

Sign in and check the dashboard welcome or account/subscription area for your current trial or plan information.

2. Review the trial duration

BeatKongs has planned a 14-day default trial. Check the actual trial end date shown in your account; the live display is authoritative for your subscription.

3. Check feature access

Different plans can enable or restrict features such as advanced beat statistics, blog, newsletter, feedback, products, custom domains, and beat limits.

4. Prepare before the trial ends

Upload and test your content, review plan pricing, and confirm how to activate a paid subscription from the Account or Change Plan area.

5. If your trial expires

Some dashboard features may become restricted. BeatKongs has planned a 30-day live-site grace period after non-payment, but check the current billing policy and account notice before relying on a specific deadline.

Important: Your actual account screen and published subscription terms take precedence over example dates in documentation.

If something does not look right

Check that you are signed in to the correct producer account and that your plan includes the feature. Save any changes, refresh the relevant page, and compare it with the screenshots in this guide. If the problem continues, use the BeatKongs Help Center to submit a support ticket with the page name, the action you tried, the error message, and a screenshot. Never include passwords, API keys, or payment credentials.
