Understanding Feedback Feature Plan Restrictions

What to know
Feedback is a single plan entitlement covering both Reviews and Questions. When disabled, submissions may still be stored, but producers cannot view or manage them.
Steps
- Check the current plan under Account.
- If Feedback is locked, use Change Plan to review eligible plans.
- Do not assume existing submissions were deleted when access is restricted.
