Reviews are customer feedback; Questions are customer inquiries. Both are managed under Feedback, but serve different purposes.
Steps
- Open Feedback → Reviews to inspect review submissions.
- Open Feedback → Questions to inspect inquiries.
- Use the relevant moderation or response options that appear in your current dashboard.
